Hello lovely friends! I am so excited to start this 7 day positivity challenge, and hope you are too! You may have seen my Instagram post on life’s trials, and how the way we react to them defines our life. You can read more about this concept in an amazing book I just reviewed called Man’s Search for Meaning. Lately as I have felt beat up by life, and some days just plain upset about it, the thought keeps coming to my mind that I need to learn to react better to stress and that I need to practice more positivity in my daily life.
I can be a very negative person. Society is very negative. The world has very negative occurrences. We are surrounded by so much negativity that it drains us! It causes anger, fear, anxiety, and depression. Negative thoughts rob us of our happiness!
You can’t have a positive life with a negative mind.
Now believe me, I am not perfect. I will be right there with you, fighting my inner demons of negative thoughts and comments, and trying to be more positive and happy. My inspiration for this challenge was Tony Robbins. I LOVE his podcasts and YouTube videos so much!
So here’s how it will go…..
We will be starting this challenge on Wednesday (9/27/2017) and go for 7 days. For 7 consecutive days consciously make an effort to be more positive in your thoughts, your words, and your demeanor. If you mess up, that’s OK! Just get back on the bandwagon and keep going.
During those 7 days I will be posting to social media tips, motivational thoughts, and my own experiences. (So be sure you follow me on Instagram if you don’t already-and turn the post notifications on!) I would love to hear how you are doing on the challenge so feel free to message me through my stories.
